Right Time, Right Place, Right People

Investment is complied to fate too. I believe that it should be at the
right time in right place with right people. Some times, two parties
share recognition of each other, but the deal is broken due to some
other reasons. In this circumstance, I will get the timing point and
cease the negotiation with the founders before the relationship is
harmed, and explain clearly why we can not proceed. Give investment
and keep the friendship. Opportunity will come in the future and the
load ahead is long, don't need to force yourself to make unwilling
deal.
